Kaiseki cuisine that feels the four seasons

We offer kaiseki cuisine that changes according to the four seasons.
Using ingredients that cannot be tasted anywhere else, we handcrafted each item with all our heart.
After soaking in the hot springs and warming up to the core, you can enjoy fresh seafood from the sea in Niigata and local vegetables from Muikamachi.
Please enjoy it with Koshihikari from Produced in Uonuma.
